What we collect

• Account: email address, encrypted password
• Content: prompts, folders, shared prompt view counts
• Payment (Plus only): Stripe customer/subscription IDs — we never store card numbers
• Errors: crash logs for debugging

What we do not collect

• IP addresses, device fingerprints, browsing history, or location data

How we use it

• Provide and improve the Service
• Process Plus subscription payments
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
• Debug errors

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing (privacy policy)

We may disclose information if required by law.

Storage & security

• Data stored in Frankfurt, Germany (EU) via Render
• Passwords encrypted with industry-standard hashing
• All data transmitted over HTTPS
• API tokens are randomly generated and can be regenerated

Retention & deletion

• Data is kept while your account is active
• Deleting your account permanently deletes all your data immediately
• Previously shared prompts may be retained in anonymized form

Your rights

• Access your data through the Service at any time
• Delete your account and all data at any time
• Contact us with any data requests

General

• Not intended for children under 13
• International users: data is processed in the EU (Germany)
• We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated via email or in-app
