• Promptadora is a prompt management tool for creating, organizing, and sharing text prompts
• Available in Free and Pro (paid) tiers

Your Account

• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account
• You may delete your account at any time through Account settings

Payments (Pro)

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe and auto-renew until canceled
• All payments are non-refundable; cancel any time to stop future charges

Your Content

• You own everything you create
• You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service
• You are solely responsible for your content; do not upload anything illegal, infringing, or harmful
• We do not monitor or review user content

Prohibited Conduct

• No unauthorized access attempts or reverse engineering
• No using the Service to harm others or for illegal purposes
• No reselling or redistributing the Service

Disclaimers and liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• We are not responsible for data loss; means are provided to make your own backups
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or $50, whichever is greater
• You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms

General

• We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification
• Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA
