Promptadora is a prompt manager tool for professionals to easily write, organize, and share reusable prompts for their daily AI and large language models operations.

Terms of Service

By using Promptadora ("Service"), by System Prompt Solutions LLC ("We","Us"), you are agreeing to these terms.

The Service

  • Promptadora is a prompt management tool for creating, organizing, and sharing text prompts
  • Available in Free and Plus (paid) tiers

Your Account

  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account
  • You may delete your account at any time through Account settings

Payments (Plus)

  • Plus subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe and auto-renew until canceled
  • All payments are non-refundable; cancel any time to stop future charges

Your Content

  • You own everything you create
  • You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service
  • You are solely responsible for your content — do not upload anything illegal, infringing, or harmful
  • We do not monitor or review user content

Prohibited Conduct

  • No unauthorized access attempts or reverse engineering
  • No using the Service to harm others or for illegal purposes
  • No reselling or redistributing the Service

Intellectual Property

  • The Service (design, code, branding) is owned by System Prompt Solutions LLC
  • Your content remains yours

Disclaimers & Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
  • We are not responsible for data loss — means are provided to make your own backups
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or $50, whichever is greater
  • You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms

Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination your access ends immediately

General

  • We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance
  • Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification
  • Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA
