Terms of Service

1. Who can use Promptadora

By using this service you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using Promptadora on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address and verify it to complete registration. Notify us immediately at support@promptadora.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your content

Your prompts, folders, and other content you create in Promptadora. By using the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and deliver the service to you. We do not use your content for AI training, marketing, or any purpose beyond running the service.

4. The service

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payments and cancellation

Promptadora offers Free and Pro plans. Pro is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

All payments are non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Subscriptions may be managed through the billing portal accessible from your account settings.

6. Third-party services

Promptadora uses third-party services to operate:

• Anthropic — processes generative-AI capabilities. Your use of these features is subject to Anthropic's usage policies.
• Stripe — processes all payments. We do not store your payment card details. Your billing data is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

We are not liable for the acts or omissions of these providers.

7. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for the content you store and share through Promptadora. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. On closure, all your data — prompts, folders, workspaces, and account data — is permanently deleted and any active subscription is cancelled at the end of the current billing period. We recommend you export your data and cancel your subscription before closing your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. The same data deletion process applies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Minor changes take effect on posting. For material changes — those that affect your rights or how we handle your data — we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
